The 21 Day Challenge Mission:

To recognize and release your habit of negative self-talk and create the habit of loving and accepting yourself unconditionally

The
21 Day Challenge Process:  
Decide and make a conscious committment to love yourself unconditionally for the next 21 days. Each time you recognize a that negative program has begun to play inside you...
(ie. you hear yourself saying negative things about you... out loud to yourself or someone else... or you hear yourself thinking negative thoughts)...Choose to stop, take a deep breath, and use self-hypnosis to reprogram your subconscious mind... by saying out loud "I Love and Accept Myself Unconditionally." 

The 21 Day Challenge Goal:
To go 21 days without thinking or saying anything negative about yourself.
Each day you find yourself saying or thinking something negative about yourself... one or more times...means that you must repeat that day again until you successfully go all day without saying or thinking something negative about you.  (Ex. if you have sailed through the first three days successfully and find yourself saying or thinking something negative on day four...you must repeat day four again until you successfully complete the day without saying or thinking negative thoughts.

When you have successfully completed 21 days without engaging in negative self-talk….Congratulations to You!... you have successfully created a new habit of being in a healthy relationship with you. (It takes 21 days to break or make a new habit.)

Imagine what your other relationships will be like when you love yourself unconditionally first.
